What you will do
- Partner with commercial leaders to identify and execute high-leverage enablement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and product training programs to accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Design and roll out scalable content and AI-powered sales tools to improve deal velocity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the commercial operating rhythm and feedback loops.
- Analyze sales data and funnel performance to inform enablement priorities and coaching efforts.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Strategy, or related fields.
- Proven track record of collaborating with commercial leaders and driving impactful programs.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales technology stacks like Gong or Outreach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-starter mentality with high attention to detail and operational execution.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth fintech or technology scale-up environment.
- Experience working with US-based sales teams.
- Experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled sales workflows.
- Background in data-driven enablement program measurement.
