Focus on designing scalable content, integrating AI-driven sales tools, and analyzing funnel performance to improve rep effectiveness in the US market.

What you will do

  • Partner with commercial leaders to identify and execute high-leverage enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and product training programs to accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • Design and roll out scalable content and AI-powered sales tools to improve deal velocity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the commercial operating rhythm and feedback loops.
  • Analyze sales data and funnel performance to inform enablement priorities and coaching efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with commercial leaders and driving impactful programs.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales technology stacks like Gong or Outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mentality with high attention to detail and operational execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth fintech or technology scale-up environment.
  • Experience working with US-based sales teams.
  • Experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled sales workflows.
  • Background in data-driven enablement program measurement.
