TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech/SaaS): Driving new business growth by identifying prospects and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for a B2B payment verification platform with an accent on high-value client acquisition and C-level negotiations. Focus on refining sales motions, leveraging professional networks, and closing complex legal agreements within the finance and cybersecurity sectors.

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (NYC). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Preference for candidates in major financial hubs (NYC, Boston, Chicago).

Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 OTE + equity

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities via personal networks, outreach, and data sources.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying calls to closing legal agreements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for executive-level buyers.
  • Create sales documentation, including proposals, case studies, and slide decks.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to experiment with and implement new sales tools and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience closing new business.
  • Experience selling repeatable products such as SaaS, data, or market research.
  • Proven track record selling to C-level executives in finance, IT, cybersecurity, or compliance.
  • Ability to own the entire sales motion: prospecting, discovery, consensus-building, and closing.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
  • Preference for candidates residing in major financial hubs (NYC, Boston, Chicago).

Nice to have

  • Fintech and/or startup experience.
  • Intimate knowledge of prospecting tools and experience contributing to sales playbooks.
  • Experience selling SaaS products to venture capital, private equity, or institutional endowments.
