TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving new business growth for a B2B payment verification platform with an accent on full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing. Focus on building relationships with C-level stakeholders in finance and cybersecurity to scale our market presence.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preference for candidates in major financial hubs like NYC, Boston, or Chicago. Relocation assistance to NYC is available.

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 OTE (plus equity).

hirify.global is an early-stage fintech leader in B2B payment verification, backed by top-tier VC funds and founded by PhD researchers from Harvard, MIT, and Stanford.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new prospects through networking, outreach, and data sources.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including demos, negotiations, and closing.
  • Prepare professional proposals, case studies, and executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the founding team to refine sales motions.
  • Experiment with new tools, metrics, and campaigns to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience closing new business.
  • Experience selling repeatable products like SaaS, data, or market research.
  • Proven ability to manage full sales motions including multithreading and consensus-building.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
  • Strong EQ and critical thinking skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

  • Fintech or startup experience.
  • Experience selling to C-level buyers in finance, operations, or cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of sales playbooks and prospecting tools.
