What you will do
- Qualify and close inbound leads while managing a pipeline through direct outreach and partner channels.
- Lead discovery conversations to articulate the value of automated 1099 and W-9 compliance solutions.
- Partner with internal sales teams in an overlay model to drive revenue across new and existing accounts.
- Develop targeted sales strategies based on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Customer Success teams to ensure predictable revenue growth.
- Apply AI-driven tools and workflows to improve efficiency and contribute to business results.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- Proven experience building a pipeline in a team-selling or overlay environment.
- Consultative discovery skills with experience selling to Director and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience navigating complex compliance or regulatory sales cycles.
- Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience using AI and AI-related technologies in professional workflows.
