TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Nashville, TN (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Manage and grow sales and client success teams through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Establish and iterate on sales and client success playbooks, processes, and tooling to ensure predictable revenue growth.
  • Monitor pipeline, account health, and retention metrics, reporting findings to executive leadership.
  • Develop strategies for consistent onboarding, adoption, and expansion across the client lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to inform product roadmaps and pipeline generation.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and client events with up to 30% domestic travel.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive B2B SaaS revenue leadership experience.
  • Must have at least 2–3 years in a people leadership or team lead role.
  • Proven success in building and implementing scalable sales and client success processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot, and structured pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
