TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Fintech): Driving new business growth for a B2B payment verification platform with an accent on full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing complex deals. Focus on building strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders in finance and operations, and refining sales motions within a high-growth startup environment.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preference for candidates in major financial hubs like NYC, Boston, or Chicago. Relocation assistance to NYC is available.

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 OTE (plus equity).

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new prospects through networking, outreach, and data sources.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including demos, negotiations, and closing agreements.
  • Prepare professional proposals, case studies, and executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the founding team to refine sales playbooks and strategies.
  • Experiment with new tools and metrics to optimize sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, data, or market research.
  • Proven track record of selling to C-level buyers in finance, operations, IT, or cybersecurity.
  • Ability to own a full sales motion including multithreading and consensus-building.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
  • Strong network-building skills and tenacity.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or startup environments.
  • Knowledge of prospecting tools and sales training material development.
  • Experience selling to venture capital or private equity firms.
