What you will do

  • Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline through outbound prospecting within target accounts.
  • Manage target account lists and execute comprehensive demand generation plans.
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads from the website, webinars, and events.
  • Maintain high daily activity levels including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Work cross-functionally with Field Sales and Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities.
  • Track and manage all prospecting and nurturing activities in the company CRM.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US to participate in US-specific benefits and programs.
  • 2+ years of relevant sales or prospecting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct cold calls and navigate enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with Challenger sales methodology.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
