TL;DR

Senior Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Driving new business growth through inbound and outbound lead qualification with an accent on high-volume prospecting and pipeline development. Focus on scheduling demos for territory managers, researching target accounts, and maintaining accurate CRM data to support regional sales goals.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Columbia, MD (Hybrid/Onsite)

Salary: $23.56 - $31.25 per hour (approx. $49k - $65k annually)

What you will do

  • Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound sales inquiries to build a robust pipeline.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for regional Territory Managers.
  • Research and identify target accounts for strategic outreach.
  • Manage and update contact and account databases within the CRM.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily activity, including 50+ calls per day.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Columbia, MD.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing support role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
