What you will do
- Partner with sales representatives to identify and close solutions-based business opportunities.
- Conduct on-site customer discovery meetings and assessments to design tailored solutions.
- Develop detailed proposals, configurations, and pricing strategies to win competitive deals.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the entire solutions portfolio, including print management and cloud faxing.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to elevate the sales team's technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in Cincinnati, OH and available for 75% field travel.
- Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role within the copier, printer, or managed print industry.
- Experience with solutions such as Papercut, MyQ, eFax, or content management platforms like Square9.
- Strong ability to build pipelines, prospect, and close deals with clear ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology preferred.
