Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales Executives to guide discovery sessions and assess client pain points.
  • Create technical proposals and solution outlines tailored to client needs.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to clients, explaining the technical aspects of company solutions.
  • Coordinate between sales and technical teams to ensure smooth post-sale project handoffs.
  • Document technical requirements and report discovery findings to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • United States Citizenship is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering or technical advisory role within an MSP environment.
  • Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, networking, virtualization, Google Workspace, AWS, and Microsoft environments.
  • Must be based in the Central or Western US, or Eastern US with the ability to support Central/Western office hours.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance standards.
