Compensation: $20.00 - $24.04 / hour

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new commercial sector clients through research and outbound outreach.
  • Qualify leads and initiate conversations regarding IT modernization, cybersecurity, and cloud challenges.
  • Schedule meetings and support sales executives throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Understanding of commercial sector procurement cycles and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT services or commercial sector markets.
  • Knowledge of managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and data enablement.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, or PCI.
