What you will do
- Identify and prospect new commercial sector clients through research and outbound outreach.
- Qualify leads and initiate conversations regarding IT modernization, cybersecurity, and cloud challenges.
- Schedule meetings and support sales executives throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach and pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Understanding of commercial sector procurement cycles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience in IT services or commercial sector markets.
- Knowledge of managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and data enablement.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, or PCI.
