TL;DR
Walk Up Desk Technician: Providing Level I technical support for hardware, software, and end-user inquiries with an accent on in-person customer service and troubleshooting. Location: Must be based in Saint Petersburg, FL, US (Onsite role).
Salary: $15.50 per hour.

What you will do
- Provide in-person Level I technical support for hardware, software, and end-user inquiries.
- Create and manage trouble tickets using the IT Service Management system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and assist with printing issues.
- Support system software on PCs, smartphones, tablets, and networked devices.
- Assist customers with ID card creation, troubleshooting, and packaging.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience providing technical support to end users.
- Must have current work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
- Ability to perform duties in-person at the walk-up desk.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Windows OS and Mac OS X.
- One year of experience in a customer service role.
- Technical documentation experience.
- Two years of college experience.
