What you will do

• Conduct field inspections and document construction activities.
• Interpret design drawings and specifications while troubleshooting issues with contractors on-site.
• Perform soil and concrete material testing and prepare detailed field reports.
• Assist project managers with technical design tasks including stormwater management, site grading, and erosion control.
• Prepare plans for agency and municipal review and manage environmental permitting applications.
• Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, and developers.

Requirements

• Associate degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution required.
• 0-2 years of experience in land development and civil-site engineering.
• Familiarity with HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• EIT certification.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS software.
