Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support the design of civil engineering projects and develop technical independence.
• Perform routine engineering calculations using standard methods and software tools.
• Assist with site layout, grading, utility, drainage, and erosion control designs.
• Conduct hydrologic analyses by evaluating land use conditions and calculating runoff.
• Research and select materials and components using engineering references and product literature.
• Collaborate with project engineers to resolve design challenges and meet client schedules.

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Civil analysis and design software (Civil 3D preferred).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup (3 days office/2 days remote) in CT, MA, or MN.
• Ability to travel to project sites (up to 10%).
• Plan to take or have already taken the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
