What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Control Account Managers and Project Managers.
• Own and drive Global Supply Chain financials across production, development, and sustainment budgets.
• Manage Sales/Percent Complete, Long-Range Planning, Estimate at Completion, and other key financial metrics.
• Oversee strategic initiatives and affordability analyses to optimize supply-chain performance.
• Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with financial policies.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to facility special access and government security clearance requirements.
• Understands supply chain and financial data; drives performance with a team.
• Understands the EVMS process.
• Solid grasp of integrating supplier financials into the hirify.global financial system.
• Understands supply chain and supplier management.
• Security clearance required: Secret.
