What you will do

• Lead and develop warehouse operations teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Execute daily operations in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.
• Manage labor resources and payroll costs while maintaining high operational standards.
• Partner with site leadership to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience.
• Proven experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and labor planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management preferred.
