What you will do

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for cross-border e-commerce, gaming, and B2B trade sectors.
  • Identify client pain points in FX settlement and payouts to drive adoption of end-to-end payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to design customized industry-specific solutions.
  • Manage key client opportunities and oversee sales processes to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to provide strategic input for product roadmaps.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve KPIs and complete complex sales projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of experience in cross-border payments, FX, or acquiring industries.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and project execution capabilities.
  • Proven team leadership mindset and ability to drive cross-functional goals.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

  • Existing client relationships in e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, or payment technology.
  • Familiarity with markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
