What you will do

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday or equivalent HRIS, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Coordinate end-to-end new hire onboarding, covering I-9 verification, system provisioning, and scheduling.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and generate recurring People reports.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate data synthesis, surface anomalies, and flag discrepancies.
• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 People Operations tickets and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with accurate data entry and report generation.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work for research, drafting, or data synthesis.
• Strong written communication skills to translate complex policies for employees.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and document new processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Raleigh, NC office.
