TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, CA (in-office presence required 3 days per week)

Salary: $104,900 — $170,400 USD

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR queries and lifecycle transactions in line with global processes.
  • Drive the Global Standard by minimizing local exceptions and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Optimize HR technology, including Workday and Freshservice, to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.
  • Establish and monitor SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
  • Partner with Payroll and HR COEs to maintain high standards of data integrity and personnel files.
  • Support end-to-end benefits enrollment and coordinate seamless employee onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • 6 years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience, preferably within a fast-paced global technology company.
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms, with Workday strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and global process excellence methodologies.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks with a high bias for action and a focus on outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented mindset capable of managing HR projects with a sense of urgency.
