A fast-growing cybersecurity company providing autonomous pentesting through its NodeZero platform to proactively identify and fix attack vectors.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the New Hire Onboarding Program, including logistics and content creation.
• Manage the end-to-end offboarding process in coordination with IT and Payroll.
• Drive program management for the HR compliance portfolio, conducting audits for SOC II, EEOC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Administer compliance training programs through the EasyLlama Learning Management System.
• Operate the HR Service Desk and optimize the HR AI bot to improve employee support efficiency.
• Manage background checks, I-9 employment eligibility, and HRIS documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or Recruiting Operations roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Rippling, Lattice, Ashby, Checkr, EasyLlama, or Confluence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
