What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of HR Operations transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement end-to-end HR workflows to improve efficiency and the Team Member experience.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and standardize HR processes.
• Leverage AI and workflow-based automation to reduce manual effort and optimize service delivery.
• Establish KPIs and business review rhythms to drive accountability and data-informed decisions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of HR Operations Program Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Process Improvement, or HR Operations.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification required.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and process redesign initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience using AI or workflow-based automation for process optimization.

Nice to have

• Masters of Business Administration or advanced degree.
• Experience with Workday, UKG Pro, ServiceNow, Snowflake, or Tableau.
• Background in e-commerce or high-growth environments.
• Experience building governance frameworks for operational processes.
