What you will do

• Own and maintain a single, consolidated view of all change activity across Advice.
• Deliver monthly reporting for EXCO/SteerCo, including risks, benefits, and milestones.
• Design and operate a clear prioritisation framework and a single intake "front door" for change demand.
• Define and embed a streamlined governance model and standardise decision-making processes.
• Enforce consistent change standards and lifecycle discipline, ensuring audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate across Strategy, Change, Proposition, and Operations to manage dependencies and risks.

Requirements

• Strong experience in portfolio/programme management or PMO leadership.
• Proven ability to design and implement governance and operating models.
• Analytical skills to translate complex portfolios into clear insights.
• Experience operating at EXCO level and managing senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK
