What you will do

  • Build and advance a pipeline of utility opportunities across North America.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from qualification to proposal writing and closing.
  • Sell Sightline and other technology platforms alongside consulting-led program delivery.
  • Develop win strategies, including competitive positioning and stakeholder mapping.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, and leadership teams to create integrated offerings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or capture management.
  • Proven experience selling into the utility or energy sector.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex pursuits and closing $5M+ annually.
  • Experience selling software solutions (SaaS) alongside consulting services.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency in managing the full sales lifecycle using CRM tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling technology-enabled or AI-supported solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Highspot, Outreach, Demandbase, or Introhive.
  • Capture or proposal management certifications (APMP, Shipley, CPCM).
