Commercial Development Account Executive (IT Solutions): Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts by aligning technology solutions with business outcomes with an accent on strategic account planning and C-level relationship building. Location: Hybrid (Florida, US). Expectation of 1-2 on-site client visits weekly.
Salary: $52,500 base + $52,500 target incentives (est. $105,000 total).

What you will do
- Manage 15-20 accounts in an assigned territory, focusing on account growth and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Develop and maintain executive and C-level relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Perform strategic account planning, industry research, and client forecasting.
- Utilize Salesforce and sales methodologies to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines.
- Identify client business problems and position software, hardware, and services as strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to satisfy customer business objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Must be based in Florida, US to meet hybrid on-site requirements.
- Experience in the technology industry (preferred).
- Ability to navigate annual reports, financial data, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for communicating complex solutions.
