Location: Must be a US Citizen. Remote position with a preference for proximity to Grand Prairie, TX or Orlando, FL.

Salary: $132,900 – $264,960 (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Drive development cycles from prototype to production-ready AI technology.
• Implement GenAI solutions to increase efficiency in procurement and sourcing.
• Train and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Serve as an algorithm expert and document implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the LM Data and AI offices.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or R and data analysis tools like SQL and Pandas.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong background in LLMs, RAG architecture, and GenAI.
• Understanding of neural networks, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

Nice to have

• Experience transitioning GenAI solutions from prototype to production.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and data constructs.
• Familiarity with hirify.global supply chain processes.
