What you will do

• Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions incorporating RAG, multi-agent systems, and fine-tuning to solve customer problems.
• Own the production rollouts of internally and consumer-facing GenAI applications.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across various domains.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and the product roadmap.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at conferences such as the Data + AI Summit.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government secret clearance.
• Experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning) using tools like HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
• Expertise in deploying, evaluating, and optimizing production-grade GenAI applications.
• Extensive industry experience in data science with pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Experience building production-grade ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale distributed datasets.
