What you will do

• Build and deploy agentic workflows and RAG pipelines using Python, LangChain, and foundation models like Claude, Codex, and Gemini.
• Implement document ingestion workflows to transform unstructured enterprise data into embeddings, vectorization, and knowledge graphs.
• Design and build secure REST API interfaces connecting AI services to platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, PLM, and CRM.
• Containerize AI services using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring reliability through monitoring and evaluation pipelines.
• Optimize prompts and agent configurations for production-scale use rather than prototypes or demos.

Requirements

• US citizenship and active Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+ years).
• Production experience deploying generative AI services that real users rely on.
• Strong production-grade Python development skills, focusing on clean and testable code.
• Expertise with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and document ingestion workflows.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph or similar tool-using AI workflows.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud-native AI services.
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with streaming data pipelines like Kafka or Airflow.
• Background in SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or platform engineering.
