Operations Analyst Senior Staff (Logistics): Serving as the technical lead for the Sustainment Control function, supporting Supply Operations and Logistics across Aeronautics programs with an accent on supply performance oversight and process optimization. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, TX. This role is part-time remote, requiring a presence at the facility.

What you will do
- Lead the development and establishment of the enterprise-wide sustainment control function.
- Provide oversight of supply performance across all Aeronautics Sustainment programs.
- Apply analytics to identify process drivers and recommend performance improvements.
- Serve as a project manager for sustainment control initiatives across multiple teams.
- Develop and deliver briefings to senior leadership regarding findings and recommendations.
- Conduct regular supply performance reviews to assess progress and identify opportunities.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required due to the necessity of a Secret security clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics functions.
- Experience managing operational aspects of projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in operating SAP or similar ERP tools for data analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Experience with military service operations and customers.
- Understanding of Root Cause/Corrective Action analysis.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Access.
