What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Support data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate ServiceNow with external systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate functionality and data integrity.
• Provide technical mentorship to associate developers and support end-user training.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required for federal contract compliance.
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside in and perform work within the United States.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 1+ years of experience in CSM or ITSM.

Nice to have

• Active DHS or DoW government clearance.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification.
• Experience with Portal customization and App Engine.
• Hands-on experience building 5+ ServiceNow applications.
