What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications.
• Script business rules, client scripts, and workflow activities to enhance platform functionality.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze system performance and implement enhancements to ensure platform stability.
• Advise functional teams on ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
• Support the rollout of new applications and enhancements across multiple instances and domains.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required for federal contract and security clearance eligibility.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow suite including Service Catalog, Service Portal, and ITSM tools.
• Demonstrated competency in ITIL, ITSM, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in client-facing settings.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
