ServiceNow Consultant/Developer (ServiceNow): Maturing and expanding a ServiceNow environment across ITSM, CSM, and SOM modules with an accent on platform stability, scalability, and governance. Focus on developing workflows, integrations, and improving CMDB data quality.

Location: Remote based in the Philippines (Shift: 6am to 3pm Manila time / Sydney time)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and automation across ITSM, CSM, and SOM modules.
• Execute platform enhancements, upgrades, and feature enablement according to roadmap priorities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical support across the platform.
• Convert business and IT stakeholder requirements into robust and scalable designs.
• Lead improvements to CMDB data quality, governance, and lifecycle processes.
• Establish platform standards and documentation while monitoring performance for optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript/Glide, Flow Designer, UI policies, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with CMDB governance, data models, and relationship mapping.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

• CIS certifications (CSM, ITSM, Discovery, or SOM).
