What you will do

• Design and implement data interfaces between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track system performance.
• Provide tiered technical support and resolve complex data transformation issues.
• Manage CMDB and CSDM configurations to ensure service and asset visibility.
• Perform software coding, including Service Portal configuration, Flow administration, and custom widget development.
• Execute testing protocols for platform upgrades to ensure application stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow REST API.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PowerShell.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
