Salary: $131,000–$201,000

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of seven ServiceNow specialists including administrators, developers, and architects.
• Define and execute the platform roadmap, balancing stakeholder demands with technical debt and upgrade cycles.
• Govern the platform, ensuring high standards for coding, change management, and instance health.
• Lead CMDB governance and CSDM adoption as the foundational data model for module deployments.
• Serve as customer zero for hirify.global product integrations, piloting and operationalizing native capabilities.
• Drive AI adoption across the platform, including Now Assist and agentic workflows to eliminate manual toil.

Requirements

• 6+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Deep hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
• Proven experience building or significantly maturing a CMDB and applying CSDM frameworks.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at one of the specified US office locations.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Implementation experience with TPSM or CSM modules.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript).
• Hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform.
• Exposure to Now Assist, predictive intelligence, or generative AI.
• CIS certifications in ITSM, ITOM, or other relevant modules.
