What you will do

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and portals.
• Implement and extend ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
• Enhance the CMDB and develop integrations for improved configuration item discovery and service visibility.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms like AWS and identity management systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Automate service delivery processes using Flow Designer and custom workflows.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and release management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience developing Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from New York City, NY or Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
