ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME

Location: Washington, DC, United States; hybrid schedule

Salary: $155,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Guide ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide ITSM recommendations for service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
• Develop scoped applications and a service portal while supporting clients and remote teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience and 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or commensurate experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, and XML.
• Experience with REST and SOAP services, plus understanding of ITIL or ITIL certification.
• US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret clearance.
