What you will do
- Build and maintain expert knowledge of products and the competitive early childhood development landscape.
- Achieve defined sales revenue targets for an assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to uncover new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, and closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track pipeline progress and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and channel feedback to internal teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
- Ability to work a schedule that accommodates an assigned territory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience in education or technology sales.
- Prior experience selling to private childcare organizations.
- Knowledge of educational structures and multi-level decision-making processes.
