What you will do

  • Develop and run acquisition and paid growth campaigns across email, web, SEM, social, and retargeting to maximize registrations and qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with conference web, content, brand, and sales teams to craft value propositions and tailored B2B buyer journeys.
  • Use segmentation, competitive analysis, and market opportunity assessments to shape campaign strategy and positioning.
  • Optimize channel mix and campaign ROI using analytics tools and survey data; iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Create and optimize content for paid and owned channels to resonate with senior business decision-makers.
  • Support sales enablement with prospect materials and a centralized repository of sales support tools; report results and improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C acquisition, paid growth, and digital marketing with direct responsibility for revenue generation.
  • Proven experience building multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing leads, and converting to pipeline.
  • Strong analytics skills; experience with Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, web content creation, and content management systems.
  • Ability to write compelling copy and develop creative content for a senior-level business audience.
  • Willingness to travel 5–10% regionally and internationally.
