Salary: $155,000 – $200,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Advise early-adopter customers on architectural best practices during high-priority product launches.
• Lead time-boxed technical sprints to resolve adoption gaps and establish repeatable configuration models.
• Translate field friction into actionable product signals for Engineering and Product Management teams.
• Document adoption patterns and configuration models into structured playbooks for global TAM scaling.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to align customer roadmaps with new product capabilities.
• Design and deliver programmatic content to scale specialized expertise to over 100+ global TAMs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in a TAM, Solutions Architect, or similar IAM practitioner role.
• Deep expertise in SaaS infrastructure, SDLC, and modern identity landscapes.
• Proficiency in identity protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience managing hybrid IT environments, legacy applications, and enterprise ecosystem integrations (HR/ITSM).
• Strong operational understanding of RTO, RPO, and web-scale infrastructure.
• Ability to navigate matrixed global organizations and communicate effectively with stakeholders from developers to CIOs.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity lifecycle management (SCIM, Workflows, HR-driven provisioning).
• Background in security monitoring integrations (SIEM, MDM, WAF).
