Salary: Base $150,000–$180,000, OTE $210,000–$250,000

What you will do
- Partner with sales leadership to improve services attach rates and embed Professional Services early in key deals.
- Own the commercial narrative and gold-standard service positioning for the North America region.
- Act as the senior escalation point for the sales organization, investigating root causes and identifying systemic issues.
- Lead and coach a team of mid-to-senior individual contributors to ensure accountability and performance.
- Collaborate with PS teams to capture customer outcomes and improve value reporting consistency.
- Manage at-risk accounts and develop "back-to-green" action plans for renewals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (Boston, MA).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Sales, or both.
- Proven track record of improving services positioning and influencing deal strategy.
- Experience managing teams of mid-to-senior level contributors.
- Expertise in escalation management and delivering services to large enterprise organizations.
- Ability to engage with C-level sponsors and commercial buyers.
