Salary: Base $150,000–$180,000, OTE $210,000–$250,000

What you will do

  • Partner with sales leadership to improve services attach rates and embed Professional Services early in key deals.
  • Own the commercial narrative and gold-standard service positioning for the North America region.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for the sales organization, investigating root causes and identifying systemic issues.
  • Lead and coach a team of mid-to-senior individual contributors to ensure accountability and performance.
  • Collaborate with PS teams to capture customer outcomes and improve value reporting consistency.
  • Manage at-risk accounts and develop "back-to-green" action plans for renewals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (Boston, MA).
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Sales, or both.
  • Proven track record of improving services positioning and influencing deal strategy.
  • Experience managing teams of mid-to-senior level contributors.
  • Expertise in escalation management and delivering services to large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to engage with C-level sponsors and commercial buyers.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS and End-User Computing (EUC) industries.
