What you will do

• Lead and coach a functionally matrixed team of consultants and architects, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
• Oversee an implementation portfolio to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage operational planning and reporting, including team staffing, utilization, capacity, and risk tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for internal teams and executive stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align implementation strategies with business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services or consulting, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
• 5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a people leader developing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to oversee complex service portfolios, managing scope, timeline, and budget.
• Must be based in the greater New York City area.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
