What you will do
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery between developers, cybersecurity engineers, and RMF compliance staff.
- Manage and prioritize the technical backlog aligned with DevSecOps and Zero Trust maturity roadmaps.
- Identify and resolve engineering impediments and systemic project blockers.
- Report sprint status, burn-down metrics, and velocity indicators to Program Managers and Government leads.
- Ensure all technical engineering outputs are documented according to security standards and eMASS workflow requirements.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret security clearance (must be eligible for Tier 5/TS-SCI).
- Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
- Satisfaction of DoD 8570.01-M / DoDM 8140.03 requirements.
- Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Completion of the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Cyber 101 course.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field with minimum 5 years of Agile PM experience in a DoD environment.
