What you will do

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with functional teams to ensure accurate progress tracking in IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations dashboards.
• Oversee the integration of reporting data into interactive dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Identify and mitigate impediments to team progress, escalating risks as necessary.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and technical leads to align execution with contractual deliverables.
• Ensure team operations adhere to Agile principles and Government priorities.

Requirements

• Must possess active Secret Clearance.
• BS/BA degree or 14 years of relevant experience.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience.
