Engineering Manager (MarTech)

Engineering Manager (MarTech): Leading a team of platform engineers to modernize and scale marketing technology capabilities with an accent on cloud migration, data pipelines, and platform interoperability. Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid: expected to report to Austin Technical Center at least three times per week).

Compensation: $160,200 – $211,950 base salary.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of platform engineers.
• Drive the migration of core marketing technology platforms to the cloud.
• Oversee the delivery of data ingress, egress, and platform integration pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership for Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Databricks.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform strategy with business priorities.
• Guide architecture, technical direction, and operational excellence across platform initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Databricks.
• Proven experience leading cloud migration efforts for enterprise platforms.
• Strong background in data pipelines, integrations, and platform interoperability.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer, marketing, or activation-focused technology ecosystems.
• Experience building scalable data solutions in Databricks.
• Background in supporting platform transformation or modernization efforts.
