Salary: $136,000 – $170,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of GTM Automation/Ops engineers to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate and optimize core GTM technology stacks including Salesforce, Clay, Boomi, and Salesloft.
- Execute end-to-end automated workflows for lead scoring, routing, and business outreach.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions to improve efficiency across the GTM funnel.
- Manage data pipelines, hygiene, and analytics to provide actionable revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to map workflows and drive project implementation.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, GTM operations, or system integration in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of people management or leadership experience.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data integration/ETL platforms.
- Proven ability to build workflows using Python-based APIs, webhooks, and data structures.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions and funnel metrics.

- Hands-on implementation experience with AI-based workflow tools or LLM-powered automation.
