What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team of Forward Deployed and AI Engineers to deliver transformational enterprise programs.
• Partner with Account Executives and Field Engineering leaders to architect and deploy AI/ML platforms, GenAI systems, and advanced analytics.
• Establish delivery governance, risk management, and quality standards across the FDE portfolio to ensure measurable impact.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for critical customer situations to protect strategic relationships.
• Mentor technical talent through structured career pathways and technical coaching.

Requirements

• 4+ years of people leadership experience managing technical delivery, solution architects, or professional services teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a technical solutions architect or data/AI engineer.
• Proven success leading large-scale data platform migrations and AI/ML programs within enterprise environments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
• Must be based in California.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark, MLflow, Delta Lake, or the modern data and AI ecosystem.
