• Drive execution of the team roadmap, balancing short-term impact with long-term platform investments.
• Use data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve organic traffic quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement features that enhance search engine visibility and user experience.
• Shape the technical strategy for the future of search, including traditional and AI-powered discovery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software design and development experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing software development teams.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to partner on architecture and design decisions.
• Experience delivering customer-facing web experiences at scale.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

• Experience with Remix.
