What you will do

• Analyze and improve business processes to remove bottlenecks and enhance operational reliability.
• Design streamlined, automated workflows using AI to boost division efficiency.
• Lead senior-level integration projects and oversee the strategic initiatives roadmap.
• Serve as the custodian of institutional knowledge by centralizing SOPs and process documentation.
• Align workflows and foster communication across cross-functional EDU teams and initiatives.
• Oversee post-launch operations, including QA, delivery transitions, and ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business transformation in a managing capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or equivalent (Master's preferred).
• Experience with web-based project management tools such as Workfront and Monday.
• Deep expertise in lifecycle management and process improvement (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
• High proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be located in Newark, New Jersey, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint Online, Salesforce, and Tableau.
