What you will do

• Deliver integrated AI execution plans encompassing timelines, milestones, budget, and resourcing across MLOps and model development workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies between COE product teams, data engineering, security, legal, and external vendors.
• Maintain agile project management practices, including sprint planning, backlog tracking, and milestone reporting.
• Own delivery governance, RAID management, and stakeholder communications for steering committees.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks such as data quality, labeling constraints, and model drift.
• Coordinate operational readiness, including training, support models, and post-launch stabilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 11+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing AI, data, or digital transformation projects in a cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with project management and agile tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Proven ability to translate technical AI/ML progress into tangible business outcomes for executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare, medtech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience scaling delivery practices across hub-and-spoke or federated operating models.
