What you will do

• Provide on-site end-user support and Tier 2 resolution for Incident Management and Service Requests.
• Execute telecom installation, programming, maintenance, and repairs across all designated locations.
• Handle End User Device (EUD) support, Account Management, and Local Registration Authority (LRA) support.
• Deliver specialized VIP, Mobile Device, and Printer support.
• Plan and lead major assignments, evaluating performance to recommend improvements for project growth.
• Manage on-site device assets and provide supervision to other team members as required.

Requirements

• Security Clearance is required (interim level at a minimum).
• Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Windows desktop, laptop, and PC devices.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• IT education preferred.
