Salary: $126,000 - $184,800

What you will do

• Manage application design, testing, and troubleshooting for manufacturing and ancillary systems.
• Serve as a functional expert for MES capabilities and drive best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and influence the strategic product roadmap.
• Facilitate workshops to resolve critical design topics and perform impact analysis for system changes.
• Produce documentation, user training scripts, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Act as a primary point of contact for functional issues with vendors, IT, and manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of deep functional expertise in manufacturing operations and MES processes.
• 7+ years of experience leading design, execution, and support for technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, quality management, and BOM management.
• Demonstrated experience in IT/OT convergence and machine integration for OEE data collection.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Medical Device industry.
• Oracle ERP or Oracle integration experience.
• Familiarity with industrial controls and standards.
