What you will do

• Deliver manufacturing solution implementations via system configuration, data setup, and machine integration both onsite and remotely.
• Develop reports and SQL stored procedures to meet specific customer requirements.
• Provide consultative services, including needs assessments and production best practice recommendations.
• Manage project scope, quality standards, and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct user training and ensure successful knowledge transfer to other team members.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software development or implementation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in SQL statements and stored procedure development.
• Prior experience with ERP implementations (strongly preferred).
• Experience with IMOS (strongly preferred).
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of manufacturing concepts, specifically within the furniture production or woodworking industry.
• Experience with reporting services.
